LANDLORDS, YOU'RE NOT ALONE! There is a statewide Landlord organization called The New Hampshire Property Owners Association (NHPOA). This organization has been in existence since 1990 and has chapters in Manchester, Nashua, Concord, The Seacoast, The Lakes Region and The Connecticut Valley (Western NH). The organization has been instrumental in passing new laws and changing existing legislation. This is an all volunteer and non-profit organization that strives to educate landlords on how to better manage their properties, and inform them of proposed legislation that may affect them.
